This website offers access to certain cases not otherwise sealed or secure by court order or applicable law. Cases are searchable by cause number, party or date range and unlimited view only access is free. Documents can be viewed and purchased for $.10 a page. If your involvement in a case qualifies you for a specific role as listed below, you can view the documents for free, but you must register as such first by logging back in, clicking on your name, and choosing "request access", then select your role. If you do not find a case in this system you can review the case by coming into the clerk's office or contacting them by phone or email to purchase the documents. As a courtesy to our users we offer several access roles to choose from.
Anonymous User – provides an index to all cases, unlimited searches.
Registered User – provides an index, events and orders of the court, and view/purchase documents, unlimited access.
Party to a Case - an individual directly involved in a case. Allowed access to case information and free copies of documents (must provide case number(s)).
Special Access – specialized access to case information and documents. Must provide business information at registration. For paralegals and bondsman.
Attorney Access – specialized access to case information and documents on cases within their portfolio. Must provide firm information and bar number.
State Agency-specialized access to case information and documents. Limited to governmental agencies.
